No representatives on -site. No active fish operation in the runways during my inspection. No records were observed and a small amount of solids were observed at the outfall. On September 13, 2016 Mr. Kevin Burkhart sent an email requesting to rescind the permit (NCG530081). Mr. Burkhart indicated that current levels of production are well below the levels that would require a permit. The Division of Water Resources requests that if new facility operations fall below permit thresholds and the permit is rescinded, that the current landowner (facility operator) of the operation continue to use best management practices to ensure that no water quality standards are exceeded. Please continue to use sound operation and maintenance procedures especially solids management.
