Buncombe County Dear Mr. Beiermann: The Division of Environmental Management has received information from the Asheville Regional Office which confirms that the subject facility does not discharge to the surface waters of the State of North Carolina. Therefore, as you requested, NPDES Permit Number NCO059188 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. If in the future, you determine that you wish to have a discharge, you must first apply for and receive a new NPDES Permit. Discharging without a valid NPDES Permit will subject the discharger to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
