Notes about the attachments:
This project is located in Wesley Chapel and follows the local guidelines related to stormwater management.The local
municipality requires the treatment of the first flush,and detention of the 2 year, 10 year,and 25 year storm event.
Based on DEQ minimum design criteria,this project would be low density. However,the local municipality has more
stringent requirements. I was not sure how to fill out some of the EZ forms given the disparity between the two
jurisdictions and rules, but please contact me at [e-mail] if you have any questions that need
clarification during your review. I know your time is valuable,and the review queue is long,so I'm happy to assist
rapidly if needed on any items.
