Dear Ms Thedford:
I have received your notice letter pertaining to the annual fee for my facility's operating status.
I am asking for your advice. I am 88 years of age and see that my memory is not par with what
it was several years ago. My body is slowing down. I am just not able to be responsible for the
sewer plant anymore. Is it possible to sell the sewer plant? Please give me suggestions. Thank
you.
