On July 20, 2023 the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application requesting a 401
Individual Water Quality Certification from the Division for the subject project. On October 31, 2023,
the US Army Corps of Engineers indicated that based on project revisions the project no longer requires
a 404 Authorization and therefore a 401 Certification is also not necessary. Therefore your application is
withdrawn.
