Hi Amy, Thanks for the opportunity to review. The Service concurs with your species determinaons for
the listed species. We agree that TCB should be listed as unresolved (or "not likely to jeopardize the
existence of the species"), as there are recent records within 3 miles of the project. We are working on a
path forward for TCB, including potenal programmac BOs at the naonal level and at the regional
level. The habitat on this site is fragmented, but is adjacent to conguous forest, so coordinaon should
resume if and when the TCB is listed.

Please find aached a project review package for the Big Alamance Creek Stream and Wetland Migaon Site in
Guilford County, being developed under the auspices of the NC Division of Migaon Services. Self-cerficaon
was not used in this instance due to the biological conclusion for tricolored bat of ‘unresolved’.
