Engineering Certification: During review of the permit application, it was noted that the verbiage within the Partial Engineering Certification was slightly vague. The Description of Variations notes that the partial certification is "covering 3,393 LF of 6" reclaimed water distribution line and 1,823 LF of 12" reclaimed water distribution line in Phase 1 Section lA and associated appurtenances". One interpretation could be that the partial certification is the completion of the entirety of Section IA, with the pending construction of Section 1B necessitating the partial certification. Another interpretation could be that it is a partial certification for Section IA and there are still reclaimed water lines within Section lA to be constructed in addition to the unconstructed Section 1B. Please clarify whether all the reclaimed water distribution lines designed for Phase 1 Section IA have been constructed. If they have not, then please include the length of line still pending construction.
