2023.

A. Application (Form: RWDL 06-16 & RWPI 06-16):
1. The existing permit has been issued for the construction only of 12,546 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch
C-900 PVC reclaimed water distribution line (RWDL). According to the submitted modification,
an additional 1,823 LF of 12-inch RWDL has been designed and constructed. This expansion of
reclaimed water distribution facilities constitutes either a major modification to the original design
or a separately permitted RWDL.
An application for a new or expanding facility (dependent upon the intended utility of the added
RWDL) shall be submitted pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T .0105(c) and forms RWDL 06-16 and
RWPI 06-16. This submission shall also include the appropriate application fee per 15A NCAC
02T .0105(e)(1).
B. Engineering Certification:
1. Condition I.1 of the existing permit (issued November 16, 2021), pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T
.0116(a), requires an engineering certification to be submitted following the construction and prior
to operation of the permitted distribution facilities. This engineering certification shall also include
a full set of as -built drawings attached to the submission.
As -built drawings are referenced in the submitted cover letter, however, no as -built drawings were
found within the modification package. Please provide a full set of as -built drawings for the
constructed reclaimed water distribution lines.
