Afternoon Eric/ Hannah,

I am wrapping up some items and realized I did not send out any update photos for the
situation at Big Marsh Swamp that was noticed during the late September review of the I-95
widening project in Robeson County.

We discussed the status on Tuesday of this week, and I promised you photos. I have attached three
photos. There were issues with excessive toe protection on the north bank of the water body and
missing perimeter controls on the south bank of the water body. The attached photos were taken on
Monday the 23rd.

Organic soil was placed in the area were sand was observed. Wetland seed mix was thrown before
straw was thrown.

Please let me know if you have follow up questions or would like to visit this site on the 7th of
November.
