Inspection Summary:
Site Inspection was conducted on November 22, 2022 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. The
inspection was a follow up to a self reported material release in Jonathan Creek. Jeff Stockton was present during the
inspection.
-Material in JS has been removed. Measures are currently in place.
-Maintain SDOs. Add gravel at silt fence outlet on Left Bank Descending.
-Contractor is dewatering drill shaft through silt bag. Efforts to add PAM and additional fabric to stone under silt bag
are planned to minimize turbidity to receiving waters.
