Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted on June 7,2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. I spoke with
Jeff Stockton during the inspection.
- Continue to meet NPDES cover requirements. Crew was scheduled to mat slopes during the inspection.
-Additional rip rap (-20 feet)was observed on the stream bank of Jonathan Creek. The current impact is under
DWR's threshold for an Individual Certification. If additional rip rap is required, ensure proper federal and state
approvals/authorizations are obtained before proceeding.
