Site inspection was conducted on August 30,2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. The
inspection was in response to a self reported sediment loss reported on August 29,2023. Jeff Stockton was present
during the inspection. The following are items that require attention:
- Sediment and 57 stone in Jonathan Creek need to be removed and stabilized on-site.
-Basin on the east side of Jonathan Creek needs maintenance/repair.
-Eroded ditchline and rills need repair.
-Ensure NPDES records are up to date.
