Follow up inspection was conducted on September 1,2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office.
DOT and contractor personnel were present during the inspection.
Sediment was removed from Jonathan Creek. Erosion control measures have been maintained and efforts are much
appreciated. The base ditch above the sediment basin still needs attention. Please coordinate these efforts with
Roadside Environmental.
NPDES records were up to date.
