Concerning Stormwater Permit Application No. SW6221101 (Ft Bragg, NC Technical Support Training Annex, PN79439.2), Exp Federal would like to request a time extension to respond to the Second Request for Additional Information letter dated 1 June 2023 (attached). This time extension is being requested because we require the additional time to procure another SHWT boring within the footprint of the noted SCM in order to provide the requested information (Item 2b in your letter). We expect to be able to submit all the required information by Fri, 18 Aug 2023, close of business. 1 Please reply back to confirm the requested time extension is acceptable or if you have any concerns. Reviews under the standard permitting process generally take 75 calendar days, but can take up to 90 calendar days per statute (our other reviewer, Corey Anen, no longer works for the State, so this review may exceed 75 days). Please upload all documents that you mailed into our office through the link provided below.
