Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) Compliance Inspection Information
The Declaration and Covenants for each SCM/BMP has a maintenance table that should be fol-
lowed for the site SCM/BMPs, along with applicable annual 3rd party inspections and financial
information that is due to the County (who oversees the Post Construction Ordinance). The
mailing address for the completed inspection forms is on the last page of the inspection reports
(link below). They are due each year within 45 days of the as-built approval anniversary date.
Contact Corey Priddy (Corey.Priddy@mecklenburgcountync.gov) with the County if you have
any questions in regards to the implementation of the ordinance or questions about the PCO19
document.
Please remind your contractor that for sand filters, a Dry Detention AND Sand Filter inspection
form should be completed and submitted. During the bonded period, please also copy aloft-
in@huntersville.org on inspection reports submitted to the County(Corey Priddy also accepts
them via e-mail), as they are verified prior to bond releases.
