The plant had exceedance for Total Phosphorous monthly average of 2.53 mg/L. With an increase in wasting, and slowing down the digester supernatant decant, Phosphorous began trending down. Due
heavy rain the Summerhouse WWTP 5 day upset was below the 2ft freeboard starting from 9/23/23 during TS Ophelia. The Summerhouse WWTP 5-day upset has since recovered to the 2ft of freeboard.
