This is for Project Ocean buffer mitigation. The applicant is ready to pay the buffer mitigation but the providers credits
have changed from what is on the original approval and mitigation form (attached). I have provided two new SOAs that
are current to account for the full amount needed and thought you may need to update the mitigation form on the
approval letter. Thank you
