Nathaniel, We would like to request that the attachment A for the Winston Salem Class A Land Application Permit WQ0031314 be corrected to reflect a 10% mineralization rate instead of 40% that is currently listed. All of the class A water plant residual permits that we have received from modifications or renewals have reflected the 10% mineralization rate for alum or ferric residuals with no domestic contribution. When we provide nutrient information to our farmers, we feel that the calculations are over -stating the nutrient benefit for the residuals. We are hoping that we can handle this through a permit correction instead of a modification. Sincerely Brent Collins Director of Technical Services EMA Resources Inc.
