I'll get an updated credit reservation letter from LCFUMB. Thanks! We've gotten guidance that the current/existing wetland delineation can be used to proceed with the permit application review. The wetlands onsite have already been field verified. The previously called "Isolated wetlands" would now be called "non -jurisdictional wetlands". 1 Below are items that I still need to do or need done before I can issue the permit: -NLEB & Tri colored Bat - Can you please enter this project into USFWS IPAC. I don't see a record for it. USFWS requires a 15 day mandatory review period. -Validate that Mitigation credits are still available to purchase - Please reach out to LCFUMB to ensure that they still have the proposed credits available -In House Memorandum For Record (MFR)- This is something that I will need to put together to document that the "previously called Isolated Wetlands" have been evaluated and remain "Non -Jurisdictional Wetlands under the new rule. I think that's it. This one would have been issued months ago, except it got stuck between the Sackett Case and the new rule change.
