Subj: CAMA Major Permit Amendment —Company Name Change
Dear Ms. MacPherson,
The purpose of this letter is to inform the North Carolina Division of Coastal Management that the
Facility that currently owns Permit No.18-21 was recently conveyed from New NGC, Inc. d/b/a National
Gypsum Company ("New NGC, Inc.") to Gold Bond Building Products, LLC ("Gold Bond").
With this conveyance, Gold Bond has assumed all operational obligations of New NGC, Inc. and we
would like to formally request this administrative change to the permit noted above. No facility
operations will be affected by this change and the new entity will utilize the permit for the same
purposes for which it was issued.
