Subject: Notice of Intent (NOI) Violation for Nitrogen Ammonia at Auman Acers
Dear Mr. Boone
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to address a recent
Notice of Intent (NOI) violation concerning the nitrogen ammonia levels at Auman Acers Mobile
Home and RV Park, as indicated by the notification.
First and foremost, I would like to express my utmost commitment to environmental compliance
and my dedication to maintaining the highest standards of wastewater management at this
facility. I am taking this NOI violation very seriously and are fully aware of the importance of
addressing and rectifying this matter promptly. I currently have a clean out scheduled for
November 101", 2023. 1 have increased the amount of baking soda over the past weeks to try
and get the optimal PH levels I need. I truly believe pumping all the tanks in the system will have
the greatest impact as it is time to do so. Please let me know if there were anything at all you
would like me do to further help with this process.
