The property cosist of agg field and forested wetland corridor. Outlying parcals are agg fields or forested.

The purpose of this project is to construct a road crossing in order to assess large agg field for home site.
4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:
The project will consist of clearing and grubbing roadway. Install 2; 20in culvert using backhoe and bulldozer. Stream culvert will be recessed 20percent grade into stream bed. Second
culvert will be set at grade on wetland floor. Bothculverts will be capped with fill dirt and seeded and matted.

We have delineated the wetland inorder to fid the Narrowest part of the headwater system near the head of hydrology to minimize impact for project.

We will us BMP's from the onset of the project to help minimize the impact by using silt fencel, celcer matting, waddles and winter rye to help minimize
the impact and keep sediment transport down to zero
