Dear Mr. Crisp:
Cape Fear Engineering, Inc. (CFE) is submitting an application for a low-pressure sewer system to serve a
section of Grayson Park Phase 3C. At build -out Phase 3C will consist of 50 single family lots. This application
submittal is for Section 2 which consists of 37 lots that will first discharge into a low-pressure system before
discharging into the gravity sewer system in Section 1. An application submittal will be submitted concurrently
for Section 1 which consists of 13 lots.
Flow from this project will eventually discharge to downstream sewers permitted under WQ0029667 and will
ultimately discharge to the Belville Wastewater Treatment Facility (NC0075540). The flow allocation for the
proposed Phase 3C Section 2 is 7,770 GPD (210 gal/day-unit).
