I appreciate the clarification. I definitely wasn't trying to be argumentative. We were just surprised at the stream
classification and I was concerned that mitigation would be required.
For stream type, can I list it as a jurisdictional ditch?

We do not believe the feature to be impacted (above the pond) is a stream and it's our understanding that Dave Bailey
didn't think it was a stream either. It only becomes a stream on the downstream side of the pond, which is off -
property. Is Dave indicating it is a stream?
