PERMANENTLY CEASED, BUT IN NO CASE MORE THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS FOR
PORTIONS OF THE SITE WHERE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES HAVE TEMPORARILY OR
STABILIZATION MEASURES SHALL BE INITIATED AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE IN
PROMOTE POSITIVE DRAINAGE.
EARTHWORK BALANCE FOR THE SITE, TO PREVENT LOCALIZED PONDING, AND TO
STOCKPILE GRADING SHALL BE ADJUSTED DURING CONSTRUCTION BASED ON ACTUAL
FINAL GRADING AND STABILIZATION OF THE EMPA.
FENCE WILL BE PLACED AT THE TOE OF ALL MATERIAL STOCKPILE AREAS, UNTIL
