Dear Ms. Geogoulias:
The purpose of this letter is to notify your agency that Branscome Inc. (now Branscome
Operating, LLC)has severed its mining agreement with Camden Yards Material, LLC, to mine
sand under their Permit No. 15-10 at 319 Ponderosa Drive, South Mills,North Carolina,
effective October 19, 2023. As such, we are also relinquishing our obligations under North
CaroIina's Stormwater Permit referenced above. Any future fees, reporting, correspondence, or
questions regarding this mining stormwater operation should be forwarded to Camden Yards
Material LLC, P.O. Box 3069, Kill Devil Hills,North Carolina. 27948.
