John,
I noticed that this COC expired because it owed fees at the time of renewal. It looks like those have been paid now(see
below). You will need to request renewal through our Renewal COC Request website here:
https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-COC-Renewal
Check the box that says "the COC is still expired but owed fees have been paid"

John,
Please send the Permit Number and outfalls you need to add along with the following info:
Outfall ID (002, 003, etc)
Latitude and longitude (in degrees, minutes, seconds— not decimal degrees.)
Brief description (e.g., north side drainage or wet side maintenance area)
Waterbody information (or just indicate same waterbody as outfalls already in our system)
True sheet flow of stormwater that never concentrates would not be considered a point source discharge. However,
those situations are very few and far between. If there is question about a place that appears to be sheet flow instead
of concentrated flow toward a waterbody and may not be an outfall,we recommend calling the regional office to
request a site visit to verify.

Bethany,
I am emailing you today to request an update to our facility stormwater outfalls. I recently reviewed the permit and
noticed that one of our outfalls is missing. I'd also like guidance about areas that are discharged via sheet flow and how
they are handled. Please let me know how to proceed as I am new to this role and am unsure of the proper process.
