Blacksmith Run WWTP
Dear Daniel,
This letter is in response to your October 18, 2023 letter to Vista Developers, LLC for
Blacksmith Run WWTP attached.
Per your letter there we exceeded the daily maximum limit for fecal coliform on 7/5/23
and 7/11-23 with a 1700#/100ml and 618#/100ml respectively over the 400 mg/L limit.
The disinfection treatment is ultraviolet light. We have repeatedly cleaned the ultraviolet
lights and UV chamber to ensure these fecal results are compliant. The next two weeks
in July were compliant.
