Please see the attached letter approving the Clearwater Neuse 01 Umbrella Mitigation Bank and the Lowlands Wetland Site Final Mitigation Plan (SAW-2017-1815). The signed UMBI is included
as an attachment to this letter. This electronic copy is your official Department of the Army authorization; no paper copy will be mailed unless you request a copy. Please note that
this approval letter does not release any credits. Please provide us with documentation necessary to demonstrate that you have completed those actions (establishment of endowment,
financial assurances, etc.) along with a letter that requests the amount and type of credits associated with the initial release.
