thereof by Rudy L. Griffin, Registered Surveyor, dated August 1997, and now on file in the Office of the
Register of Deeds of Durham County in Plat Book 13 8, at Page 194, to which plat reference is hereby made
for a more particular description of same. Also see Plat Book 136, Page 13, Durham County Registry.
LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY:
Being a 2.32-acre portion taken from the northeast confer of Lot A as depicted on a map recorded in Plat
