Dear Ms. Dorothy M. Robinson,
I was informed of your courteous visit to the property at 615 Snow Hill Road (SFR)., Durham
County.
Regarding the inspection report, there were a couple of action items requiring follow-up:
Per Item #3:
The Snow Hill property uses "Norweco" tablets. These are the tablets we were told to use by
a very knowledgeable and informative:

The North Carolina Water Quality
Raleigh Regional Office
Water Quality Regional Operations Section
The Norweco tablets are used as per his recommended schedule.
Per Item #4:
Inspector Wiggins also informed us that the 615 Snow Hill Rd., SFR property has a "waiver"
regarding the effluent report. Has this status changed? If so, then please advise why and how
to reinstate the waiver.

In your report you stated that "In the last inspection letter dated February 1, 2018, you were
requested to sample your effluent and submit the analytical results to this office. The Raleigh
Regional Office has not received the requested results."
Please be advised that the above statement is in error. On March 14, 2018, the report was
addressed and sent to:

Please update your records accordingly to reflect that the request was met.
Given this property's exemplary history of complying with NCDEQ's water permit
requirements, I am respectfully requesting an exemption from having to continue to have a
water permit for this residence while it remains under the same ownership. If for any reason
a water permit exemption is not forthcoming then we request the following :
1. a detailed explanation as to why a Water Permit is still being required and
2. instructions on what steps need to be taking to have the water permit requirement
removed
