I an; sending this correspondence in reference to the Town of Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding it,,'
permitted limits into its' sanitary sewer system on the following dates: (with amounts). April 15 through the
17"'4 333.300 gallons averaged out each day over the period). This was in response to 1.7 inches of rainfall
over the ,keekcnd period. Todays' freeboard is 3'5" at the Towns' WWTP Storage Lagoon.
I he ; own has been and still is workin4 on l & I issues throughout the Town and is working to obtain grant
