Dear Sir,
In regards to the letter that I received March 3, 2023, the reason for noncompliance was twofold. Our
reel and lagoon pump had to put in the shop for repairs far beyond what regular maintenance prepared
us for. We also sold out 4 houses of hogs during this time and washed these houses in preparation for
our next cycle of hogs.. This extra water caused the lagoon to rise.
We have -taken care of the lagoon level and are back in compliance. Thank you for your letter and we
will try our very best to make sure this doesn't happen again.
