Good Evening,
We received your application for a new post-construction stormwater permit on 03/15/2023. At this time, the
submission is not administratively complete and cannot be accepted for review in its current condition. Please provide
the following submittal items within 30 calendar days (by close of business on 05/31/2023) so that we may accept the
project and begin the review process, otherwise, the project will be returned as administratively incomplete.

• Please add the following items to the plans:
o Wetland delineation or a note on the plans stating that there are no wetlands located on-site.This item
is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)(iii) &Section VI, 8m of the Application. Please also list the
name of the individual that made this determination in a note on the plans.
o Vegetated setback from surface waters.This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g) &Section
VI, 8p of the Application.The USGS indicates a stream adjacent to the site. If the stream is within the
required 30' vegetated set back, please show the set back on the plans. Vegetated setbacks are required
from all surface waters, including offsite surface water. More information can be found in 15A NCAC
02H .1003(4) & .1017(10).
o Drainage area delineation to each swale. (This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)(iv) &
Section VI, 8o of the Application).
• Please correct the following issues with the Application:
o Section II, 5-This project is located within 5 miles of an airport(Harnett Regional Jetport). Please revise.
• Please provide 1x hard copy of a soils report with the project area clearly delineated.This item is required per
Section VI, 9 of the Application. https://websoiIsurvey.nres.usda.gov/app/WebSoilSurveV.aspx
• Please correct the following issues with the Supplement-EZ Form:
o Cover, Compliance with 02H .1003(4): Line 7-8—Please fill in. Vegetated setbacks are required from all
surface waters, including offsite surface water. If the USGS identified surface water is not within 30' of
the site, this section is still required to be filled in. Per 15A NCAC 02H .1017 (10), the vegetated setback
shall be at least 30 feet in width.
If these items are received within the stipulated timeframe, we can accept the project and begin the review process.
Once accepted, reviews under the standard permitting process can take up to 90 calendar days per statute.
