Detailed DescripƟon of site: 
+/‐ 73 acres site consisƟng of forested land, fields and livestock use. Specifically, there are eight wetland 
features, two ponds and three streams (2 intermiƩent, 1 perennial) located on the property.  In 
December 2022 a 401 Individual Water  Quality CerƟficaƟon was issued (DWR #20221404) and a 404 
NaƟonwide Permit 29 verificaƟon was issued (AID #SAW‐2020‐01905).  
Note that the proposed miƟgaƟon site is adjacent to the project site.  Proposed miƟgaƟon site 
informaƟon above, the project site informaƟon‐previous permits issued in July 2022
