Dear Mr. Boss,
In response to the attached NOV, I offer the following.
The POTW is currently working to correct the recent finding of violations in the inspection report that
follow:
1) As stated an IWS was performed in 2022, the necessary forms will be completed and submitted
as soon as possible.
2) Samples will be collected quarterly as specified in the STMP. A spreadsheet will be created and
maintained to reference data. In addition the POTW will be seeking guidance from the
Pretreatment Division to modify the STMP to more closely represent the Pollutants of Concern.
3) The POTW will begin sampling the IU on a quarterly basis as specified in the IUP.
4) An updated Headworks Analysis will be completed and submitted as soon as possible.
