We plan on moving forward with the new requested veg plots for Rosewood and will submit that
data with the comment/response letter for the as-built site walk. We would rather resolve this issue
immediately, than wait until MY1 to supply that data.

Please let me know if you have any concerns. If I don’t hear from you, I will assume you are fine with
us moving forward with the veg plots requested now, rather than this fall with the monitoring
report.

We will, of course, provide a response to all of DWR comments in our submittal, not just the veg
plots.
