During an agency review held on 8/1/2023 it was noted that additional temporary surface water impacts would
need to be accounted for at Permit Site 18 (stream SJ) and a modification to the culvert construction sequence
would be required.
On the upstream side of Permit Site 18 (culvert 5), a temporary diversion outlets to the existing channel
approximately 30 ft outside the limits of a permitted temporary impact area. To account for the impact, a new
stand alone 20 ft (0.001 ac) temporary surface water impact has been added to permit drawing sheet 31 and
32, see revised sheets attached (changes highlighted on the impact summary sheets).
On the downstream side of Permit Site 18 (culvert 5), wetland WT is draining into the construction area and
needs to be routed to convey surface water around the site. The culvert construction sequence has been
revised to add a temporary pipe and impervious dike to address the issue. The sequence has revised to reflect
temporary 24 inch pipes used for diversions in leu of temporary diversion ditches on the up and downstream
side of the culvert. These temporary changes fall within the existing permitted permanent impacts.
