Dear Landon,

This letter is in response to your 9-1-23 letter to Laurel Mountain Retreat attached.

The June monthly average for total suspended solids of 5.55 mg/L over the monthly limit
of 5 mg/L. We collected an additional sample during the month to lower the average but
still slightly higher than the limit.

The samples appeared clear of solids. We will continue to inspect the pump chamber
and will have chamber pumped if solids continue to be above monthly limits.
