Subject: AsBuilt Reports - Britt & Hales/Joshua Creek
Hey Jordan,
EcoTerra may go ahead and submit As-Built Reports for the Britt & Hales bank site and the Joshua
Creek bank site. Make sure to include the following information within the As-Built Report for each
bank site:
1. Add a section titled “Compliance Action Plan” and include the following:
a. Clear timeline (table is preferred) that includes dates of DWR approvals (letter dates,
public notice dates, dates of planting/construction, etc.
b. Indicate acknowledgement that EcoTerra planted prior to plan and MBI approval
c. Include, in the appendix of the AsBuilt Report, email correspondence between myself
and EcoTerra regarding the non-compliance and reference within the Compliance
Action Plan section of the AsBuilt Report. I believe there were at least 2-3 emails.
d. Include a placeholder to add a “Modified Credit Release Schedule”. Leave the section
void of text as that will be the place DWR provides comments during the AsBuilt Report
Review.
2. For your monitoring section of the as-built report, commit to still submitting vegetation data
for a Year 1 Monitoring Report by December 31, 2023 but acknowledge that EcoTerra
understands that there will be no credit release for the submittal of the Year 1 data.
DWR will provide further instructions during the As-Built Report review for each bank site and will
discuss with Michael prior to anything being finalized in writing.
Thank you for you cooperation and patience,
Katie
