Per our agreement, we have suspended the groundwater monitoring under the permit. Therefore, you are no longer required to submit compliance well data on the GW-59CCR forms for NPDES Permit NC0038377. However, some or all of the compliance wells shall continue to be sampled per the current Interim Monitoring Plan for the facility. -Eric G. Smith Eric G.
