This office has completed the final inspection on the above referenced project.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion had been established. The
requirements of the grading permit have been satisfied and the permit is now closed.
No further inspections are required by this office, and the self-inspections required under
the NCG010000 permit can cease.
If this site was permitted after 09 October 2020, a Notice of Intent should have been
filed with the NC Department of Environmental Quality. Please file a Notice of
Termination with that Department to close your NCG010000 permit at this time. This can
be done online at deq.nc.gov/ncg01 .
