Robert,
As part of the comments we received for the submittal of our Stormwater Permit Application, we were required to get
some soil boring data to help confirm the designs of our proposed sand filters out at the Larkin Multi -Family site. The
Owners coordinated with the geotech firm to have some samples done middle of last week. I believe we are a few days
away from getting the official report back on the water table information.
Our deadline for re -submittal is 4/27. 1 wanted to formally request an extension of that re -submittal time frame until the
end of next week (May 5, 2017). This will allow us to receive the data from the geotech and then use that to evaluate
that our design was sufficient or if we need to make any adjustments based on depth.
Please let me know what else you would need from me to approve my request for more time.
