We are out of compliance on our influent. We are permitted for 30,000gpd. We have seen an increase of flow into the plant due to a local truck stop closing, (Quick-Check/Hardees). This business had an On -site
waste treatment system so we never saw their flow. Now that they have closed, travelers and truckers are using the Interstae Rest Stops more than ever. The flow from the two reststops are part of our system. The
hope is that another owner will resume operations at this truck stop which should reduce our flow under our permitted allowance.
