I was looking over the additional information you provided on 7/19/23. Everything looks good except for a small issue:
Please correct the following:
• Please revise the Forebay Stage Storage Calculations to include the area of the 367.50(bottom of forebay/top of
excavation) contour, utilizing a surface area of 0 sf results in a smaller volume than is provided. Revise any
calculations and items on the Supplement-EZ that are based on the forebay volume.
Please provide the following:
• 1x electronic copy of the of the items noted above.
• 1x electronic copy of the signed plans.
• 1x electronic copy of the revised page of the Supplement-EZ Form.
