Attached is the Figure with the proposed location of the well.
WE do not have a diagram showing the proposed as built for the well but based on historical wells onsite, a 15', 2-inch
Type II well is proposed with 5' of SCH 40 PVC casing and 10' of 0.010 Slotted screen. The well will be a flush mount.
Sand pack will be placed to —2' above the screen interval overlain by hydrated bentonite to —1' below land surface and
topped with concrete (flush).
Let me know if this is okay or I can get the consultant to give us a diagram.
