Describe the attachments or comments: Based on an email exchange with Emily Greer (USACE) on October 16th, Wetland 2 does not meet the hydrology indicators and should not be considered a wetland. I am submitting here a revised wetland delineation figure and impact map. The total impacts to aquatic resources at the site are now 0.02 acres of temporary impact for a sanitary sewer crossing. This impact meets the conditions of the General Certification for NWP 39 and NWP 58 and does not require an individual 401 WQ certification.
