This analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and li plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party. This review is for the installation of 8-inch gravity sewer. This project includes the installation of approximately 2,705 FT of sewer. The planned limits of disturbance are approximately 1.57 acres. The sewer will replace the existing Liberty Pump Station (Permit #WQ0009669) and West Main Pump Station (Permit #WQ0000744). The two pump stations have a combined peak flow of approximately 35 GPM. Once the sewer is permitted, built, and certified, the Town of Clayton will request a formal recession of the two permits listed above stating they are decommissioning the pump stations. The Regional Office will be notified to perform a site inspection to verify the new sewer exists and is in use, as well as that the two pump stations have been shut down. We look forward to hearing from you regarding this review.
