Please find the original 401 permit for the Massey Road Tract. PC Property LLC has sold the land to GHTR Properties, LLC.
They wish to transfer the permit over into GHTR Properties name. Attached is a transfer letter signed by Andrew from
GHTR. Please let me know if you need anything else from us.
