OCT 13 2023 Winston-Salem Regional Office THIRD ANNUAL MONITORING REPORT CARDINAL GAS PIPELINE AT THE PROVIDING TRIBUTARY TO HAW RIVER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES TO STREAM STABILIZATION AND BUFFER RESTORATION LANDOWNERS, WAYNICK ROAD DEVELOPERS ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA AND INDUSTRY [-j vC� A �I L - 020_00087 `JDWyR#• 20191702 October 2023 American Land Concepts, Inc. (ALC) has completed the third annual monitoring for the Stream Stabilization at the above referenced property. Approximately 245 linear feet of the tributary to Haw River was stabilized to protect the integrity of the pipeline. In addition, restoration was completed to mitigate for temporary impacts to the Jordan Lake Riparian Buffer. Stream and buffer restoration was completed in late 2020. The stream stabilization consisted of the construction of grade control structures and bank armoring. Jordan Lake Riparian Buffer restoration consisted of seeding and tree/shrub plantings. ALC, inspected the stream stabilization and buffer restoration the Cardinal Pipelines at the Tributary to Haw River numerous times since the completion of the stream stabilization. No deterioration was noted during the site inspections. The grade controlling structures are functioning as designed and the structures are stable.
